I am providing you with these rooms in hopes you both
can enjoy them for the purpose they are intended, or simply for you
to enjoy. Although some of my comments below are meant to be
humorous, the sites are beautiful and serene and meant to be enjoyed. I have described the locations and then a link to
get you to each of them. Before you go to any of these sites,
read the cautions below, especially if you are new to making love in Virtual
Places. If you are an old hand, ignore the cautions, unless you have made dumb mistakes before. Then the cautions might serve as gentle reminders. I know nothing personally about any of this stuff,
of course, but I am an expert on research and always ask a ton
of questions. That's how I learn. I have no idea how YOU learn, but I hope you do, somehow.
Strong suggestion # 1:
Find a suitable location below that matches your mood.
Strong suggestion # 2:
Go Private. Once again, GO PRIVATE ! Do
you have the idea yet? Check your toolbar for "Private Room."
Strong suggestion # 3:
Pass the name of your Private Room to each other on
an IM screen. If someone is observing you in Observation (OBS) and
you type the name in a public room, they will have it and can and probably
will
follow you there to watch.
Strong suggestion # 4:
Do not choose one of your
names or a combination of your names for the name of your private room!
Snoopers will swoop in like buzzards on road kill. If your screen
name is Hot_4U and you use that name for your Private Room name, expect
visitors. Maybe you get off on being watched. If so, that's
your choice. But if you don't, then choose a name that has nothing
to do with what you feel, like "Passion," "Lust," "Love," "ourlove."
Snoopers can guess all of these and they find people in private in these
places all the time. Use your mother's maiden name or the name of
your dog, if it is unusual, like 'Airplane.'
Strong suggestion # 5:
Last, but not least, check Observers on the
right side of your screen from time to time, to see if anyone has snuck
into your private place. If they have, on an IM screen only, type
in another name for your private room and send it to your lover.
Do not bother to berate the people snooping on you. Will do you no
good. Calling them or him or her Snoopers or Voyeurs won't help.
They already know they are. Just choose a new and better name for
your Private Room and get on with it.
Okay, enough advice.

Setting # 1: A small
tropical island, nestled in the Caribbean, warm, with balmy breezes, where
you can be completely alone, relaxing on the warm white sand or hidden
from even the sea gulls, under the shade of trees. It's much too
private and warm for bathing suits, or clothes of any kind, for that matter...let
your imagination take you here...
Setting # 2: A
soft dirt path that leads through the woods. You are together, completely
alone, except for the twittering of birds in the leaves overhead, or the
soft rustle of a ground squirrel in the foliage to your right. Warm,
slightly humid, shaded, soft grass or moss beneath you as you lie down
together.
Setting # 3: Imagine
you and your lover are floating down a placid river, surrounded by trees
redolent with the colors of fall leaves. Only a silent hush accompanies
you as you are anchored there, alone, in the middle of the river.
Setting # 4: You've
walked through the woods for more than an hour, and then you see it.
Your cabin lies just ahead, a warm fire going within, a soft rug in front
of the fireplace, a bed tucked in the corner.. Can you think of anything
you might like to do?
Setting # 5: We
might as well get to it, here. It's morning, and you both just awoke,
the sheets curled around you. He leans over to kiss your neck and
you turn to him. Anything come to mind, here? This scene will
help...
Setting # 6: You
and your mate have just anchored in a sheltered cove in your own sailboat
for the night. You've eaten dinner, and are sitting out on the deck,
watching the sun set in the western sky. Your first bottle of wine
is gone, and you're working on the second. It's balmy tropical weather,
the air temperature around eighty-four degrees, the water close to eighty.
A gentle breeze caresses you as you snuggle closer.
Setting # 7: The
weather reader predicted a violent thunderstorm tonight, and you have the
house all buttoned down, windows closed, computer and television off, candles
at the ready, matches nearby. You are sitting on the couch,
reading, relaxing when you hear the first peals of thunder. She looks
at you, slides closer. You know she is frightened of thunder.
Suddenly there is a brilliant flash of lightning outside, lighting the
sky, turning the dark inside of your living room into day. Then the
crashing boom of thunder. You both set your books down. The
lights waver, dim, come back up, then go off. You light the candles
on the table in front of you. It's too dark to read now, and much too frightening...
